I am a native of New Mexico, with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Western New Mexico University, and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from New Mexico State University. I have been teaching, both privately and through schools and Universities, for thirteen years. I taught as an Adjunct Faculty member at WNMU; as a voice teacher at the United Nations International School in New York; and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at NMSU.

I have also spent a large majority of my life on the stage. I began my career at the age of nine and have performed in numerous local and international productions since. I have had the good fortune of performing with such companies/organizations as; the DoŮa Ana Lyric Opera and the Las Cruces Symphony in NM; the NMSU Choir in NM, England, and Scotland; Da Capo Opera, the Philharmonia Virtuosi Concert Series and Manhattan Opera Troupe in NY; the International Opera Academy in Rome, Italy; and the Neil Semer Vocal Institute in Cosefeld, Germany. I was also fortunate enough to work with composer Daniel Humbert on his premier recording of a new musical " A Christmas to Remember."

Some of my favorite Operatic, Musical Theatre and Dramatic Roles include:

Opera:
Gilda in Rigoletto, Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Gretel in Hansel und Gretel, Anne Ford in Falstaff
Musical Theatre:
Cinderella in Into the Woods, Grace in Annie, Lucy in The Telephone, Marsinah in Kismet and Philia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum
Theatre:

Highlights of my Concert career include performing as the featured soloist with the Las Cruces Symphony in Vivaldiís Gloria, Mozartís Requiem, Rossiniís Petite Messe Solemna and Bachís B Minor Mass with the NMSU Choir and Chamber Ensemble.
